Hope all is well with you.
I’m writing to you because I am currently involved in a charitable event with the Habitat for Humanity of Orange County and Furnishing Hope, and I need your support. As you may know, the Habitat makes it possible for many low income families to own their first home. This year the Habitat is building eighteen homes, thirteen which are for military families. I am partaking in this unique cause by volunteering my interior redesign services.
It’s my responsibility to collect new or slightly used furniture and/or monetary donations to furnish and decorate the master bedroom and bathroom of the home that has been assigned to me.
Please join me in making the dreams of this family come true by making a $25 donation. Attached is a flyer with additional information and instructions on how to donate. Nine homes for Habitat for Heroes and Foundations for FamiliesTM were completed last year. Eighteen
more houses will be completed in September. Of these eighteen, thirteen are homes for military families!

What is Furnishing Hope?
Furnishing Hope was founded to improve the living space for people in need. Furnishing Hope provides a home like environment for kids and families in stressful situations. It is our goal, whatever the situation, to ensure the children in these homes are the benefactors of our efforts. Our recipients include The American Red Cross, Orangewood Foundation’s Rising Tide Community, Habitat for Humanity OC and Veterans First.
With your donations a network of designers and volunteers use their skills to transform the interior of each house giving those in need the opportunity to experience life with the comfort of living in pleasent and cheerful surroundings. Fifty-four designers are volunteering their time for make these homes look amazing!
How can I help?
Furnishing Hope and our partners are looking for donations to assist in the furnishing of the 18 homes. We are excepting monetary donations as well as gently used furniture. Where Can I Make a Monetary Donation?
You can contribute to Furnishing Hope on our website or by calling 949-640-8012. Donations can be made by cash, check, credit card and PayPal on the Furnishing Hope website.
Where Can I Donate “Gently Used” Furniture?
Please call 949-644-9106 to arrange a furniture pickup. Furniture must be pre-approved before pick-up. Please email a photo of your furniture to Robyn@FurnishingHope.org
